On-chart disclosure panel
Reads the ticker from the page and docks a compact panel in the corner. Collapsed, it's one line. Expanded, it's the full filing record.
New Bond charts now map to the issuer's stock
Capitol Tape overlays STOCK Act disclosures on TradingView, Robinhood, Webull and Schwab — member, party, buy or sell, amount and filing date — without leaving the ticker.

Works where you already trade
Every field the STOCK Act requires, parsed and placed beside the price action — so you read filings in context, not in a separate tab.

TradingView, Robinhood, Webull and Schwab. Switch symbols in a single-page app and the panel follows — no reload, no configuration.
Viewing a FINRA corporate bond? Capitol Tape resolves the CUSIP-style symbol to the issuer's equity and shows its disclosures.
Watch any ticker. Capitol Tape works through your watchlist in the background every hour and sends a browser notification when a new disclosure appears.
Three permissions: storage, alarms, notifications. No brokerage access, no balances, no positions, no order entry. Nothing to audit but the ticker.
Each row shows member, party, chamber, state or district, amount range, trade date, filing date and a link to the official filing portal.
Trackers make you go to the data. Capitol Tape brings the data to the ticker.
Disclosure sites are destinations you have to remember to check. Capitol Tape is ambient: the record is already on screen when you pull up a chart, and it disappears when there's nothing to show.

Runs in the background“I used to cross-check a disclosure site against my watchlist every Sunday. That half hour is gone — the panel is already there when I open the chart.”
“Our weekly disclosure roundup used to take an afternoon of tab-switching. Now we work straight from the charts and the watchlist notifications.”

No. Capitol Tape displays public STOCK Act disclosures for information only. It does not recommend buying or selling anything, and a member's trade says nothing about how a stock will perform.
From the Bargo Congress Trades API, which publishes the periodic transaction reports that members of the House and Senate must file under the STOCK Act. Coverage is the most recent ~90 days.
Members have up to 45 days after a trade to file, so every disclosure is delayed by law. Capitol Tape shows both the trade date and the filing date, and refreshes each ticker at most every 6 hours.
No. It reads only the ticker symbol from the page address or title. It cannot read balances, positions or orders, and it cannot place trades.

The free data API allows a set number of requests per day per network. Capitol Tape caches results and reserves half the budget for charts. Paste your own free Bargo key in the popup to raise the limit.
